TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS OF USE
These Text Messaging Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the conversational, person‑to‑person text messaging services provided by Stephenson Technologies Corporation (“STC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms apply to text messages sent and received between you and Stephenson Technologies Corporation employees using business phone numbers, including messages delivered via SMS or similar technologies.
This service is intended solely for direct, one‑to‑one communication related to existing or requested business interactions.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Opting In” means requesting, initiating, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from us in connection with an existing or requested business interaction.
“Text Message Service” means individual text messages exchanged between you and STC employees using business phone numbers, including SMS and successor technologies.
3. CONSENT TO TEXT MESSAGING
You may opt in to text messaging by:
Initiating a text conversation with us, or
Requesting or agreeing to communicate by text during an existing interaction (such as a meeting, phone call, or email conversation).

4. ELECTRONIC RECORDS (E‑SIGN DISCLOSURE)
By participating in text message communications with us, you consent to the use of electronic records to document your consent and communications preferences.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a message.
5. COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
Stephenson Technologies Corporation does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.
However, standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.
6. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
This service supports conversational, person‑to‑person communication only.
Message frequency will vary based on:
Your communications with our employees
The nature of the interaction
Requests you initiate (including HELP requests)
There are no scheduled, recurring, or automated message programs associated with this service.
7. OPTING OUT
You may opt out of a text conversation at any time by replying: STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE
Because this is a conversational service:
Opt‑out requests apply to the specific phone number and conversation
You may receive messages from other STC numbers if you initiate or request separate conversations
After opting out, you may receive a one‑time confirmation message acknowledging your request.
